Q. Why is it called self storage?
It is called self storage because you are the one in control of what goes in and comes out of the self storage unit. It is your space to use in whatever way best fits your needs, and for whatever length of time you need it.
 
Q. What size are your self storage units?
Our self storage units come in a variety of sizes. Our team members can help you determine what size of unit would best suit your needs.
 
Q. What if I want to change my self storage unit size later on?
You can change the unit size that you are renting at any time. You may switch to a smaller or larger unit, whenever your storage needs require a change.
 
Q. Do you have heated and air conditioned units?
 
Q. Is there a minimum rental period?
One month is the standard minimum rental period. There is no lease agreement. You can choose to renew on a monthly basis as needed. If you would like to rent for a long-term period, speak with one of our team members to see what options are available for long-term rates.
 
Q. Is there a maximum rental period?
Absolutely not! You may keep renting your self storage units for as long as you need them.
 
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks and credit cards are all acceptable means of payment for monthly self storage rental fees.
 
Q. What other costs are involved in addition to the monthly rental fees?
There are no other costs required. We do not require a deposit or any other types of administrative fees.
 
Q. Who insures the contents in my storage unit?
You are responsible for providing insurance for the contents in your storage unit. If you consider your contents valuable enough to store them, then they are probably valuable enough to be insured. We can provide you with insurance coverage for your contents for a very small price.
 
Q. When can I access my storage unit?
Seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
 
Q. What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
 
Q. Do you have packaging supplies available for purchase at All Points Self Storage?
Yes, we have all different types of storage and packing supplies available for purchase, including All Points Self Storage Eco Bins. We also provide FREE delivery of packing and storage supplies to the doorstep of our storage and moving customers. View our storage supplies.
 
Q. Are there handcarts or dollies available at the storage facilities?
Yes. We have them available for our clients to use for unloading and moving the contents of their storage units.
 
Q. What types of doors are on your self storage units?
Our storage units have roll-up doors. They are similar to an overhead garage door and allow for the maximum entry height and width.
 
Q. What security measures are in place at your self storage facilities?
All Points provides personal pin number access to our gated facilities. Each storage unit is individually connected to our alarm monitoring system. The entire facility is monitored by state of the art surveillance cameras and security lighting is in place to provide visibility at all hours. Our team members also provide regular walk-throughs of the area, as well.
 
Q. Do you provide any special discounts or promotional pricing?
Yes. We provide discounts for Military, Students and Senior Citizens. Contact us today for information on those special rates.
